The Trust's objectives are to procure a solution that:

• Protects users, devices and services from cyber threats and inappropriate content
• Supports safeguarding responsibilities through effective monitoring, alerting and reporting
• Enables centralised management while accommodating site-specific operational needs where appropriate
• Supports users and devices both on Trust premises and when operating remotely
• Represents value for money over the term of the contract
• Can scale in line with future changes in pupil numbers, devices, bandwidth and site estate
