Warm Homes Network (WHN) Income Maximisation and Benefits Support Services

The contract supports delivery of the Warm Homes Network (WHN) programme, a collaborative initiative established to support people in vulnerable situations and help customers access financial assistance, benefits support and wider household support services.

Under the contract, Citizens Advice Manchester will act as the lead provider of income maximisation and benefits support services. The supplier will:

Deliver income maximisation and financial advice.

Assess customer circumstances and identify benefit entitlements.

Support customers with benefit applications and wider financial support applications.

Assist customers with lower digital confidence.

Refer customers to other Warm Homes Network partners where additional needs are identified.

Record delivery outcomes and benefits achieved through the WHN CRM platform.

Provide reporting, performance information and programme impact data.
