Home Group Regeneration - Major Investment Works - Chichester Foyer

Refurbishment and remodelling works to the existing building at Chichester Foyer to reconfigure the internal layout to 23 self-contained modern flats (14 one-bedroom flats and 9 two-bedroom flats). The works include the replacement of windows and doors and refurbishment of the Annex (x6 self-contained flats), additional bin and bicycle stores and additional car parking. The works also include the design and construction of mechanical, electrical and public health installations, structural supports and details (the Contractor's Design Portion).
