Teignbridge District Council invites suppliers to take part in an informal market engagement session for a proposed Cash and Treasury Management System. The purpose is to understand available solutions, implementation approaches, and key considerations before finalising the procurement requirements.
What we are looking for
- A modern hosted solution to support cash management, treasury operations, forecasting, banking activity, investment and borrowing management, reporting and governance.
- Functionality that improves visibility of cash and liquidity, reduces reliance on spreadsheets and disconnected processes, and supports stronger controls, auditability and secure delivery.
- Clear capability across cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, payment oversight and approval workflows, investment/borrowing management, bank account management, reporting, audit evidence, security, integration, data migration, implementation and support.
