Lead Legal Services Provider for Project Echo

The National Energy System Operator ("NESO") is running a mini-competition under the NESO Legal Framework Agreement to appoint a Lead Legal Services Provider to support Project Echo.

There is a range of legal expertise required for Project Echo including property law, planning law, commercial law, contract law, procurement law, and construction law which all fall into Lot 2 of the Legal Services Framework Agreement.

The anticipated Charges under this call-off shall be no more than two million two hundred thousand pounds sterling (£2,200,000 exclusive of VAT), equivalent to two million six hundred and forty thousand pounds sterling (£2,640,000 inclusive of VAT).
