Raised control pillar, stepless temperature control to 120c max temp, jacket pressure 1 bar. Centrally mounted stainless steel mixing shaft with top mounted spigot seal for hygiene purposes and fitted with removable stainless steel mixing tool, one mixing tool for all applications. Stepless mixing speed control from 20-110 rpm with auto reverse and two pre-set mixing programs, hard mixing and gentle mixing. Hinged stainless steel removable lid with ingredients loading section, safety pressure set and electric tilting, supplied complete with stainless steel strainer plate, whipping Grid, Heavy duty hand shower and supplied for freestanding installation.
