Client has a good level of mobility, support needs are due to the barriers in place to travel safely and independently. Hyper Vigilance, low risk awareness and ASD are what make client high risk.

If Client feels challenged or anxious they will flee, try to undo seatbelt mid journey and without support is at high risk of becoming lost.

It has been identified that Client has limited understanding of risk and danger especially with regards to strangers, and it is unclear how Client would respond to an emergency situation. Client requires supported transport to ensure that she arrives at her destination safely and is handed over.
