Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to Procure for building maintenance services including emergency call outs, responsive repairs and minor building maintenance works to Council buildings throughout the Borough.
The tender consists of 6 specialism Lots, of which each tenderer can apply for a Maximum of Two.
The lots are as follows:
Lot 1 (Fabric), Lot 2 (Electrical), Lot 3 (Mechanical), Lot 4 (Lifts), Lot 5 (Fire & Security), Lot 6 Asbestos.
