description
FSCS intends to appoint a number of suppliers of various legal services to a multi-provider framework as further detailed in the PSQ and is inviting requests from interested Suppliers to participate in a tendering exercise for that appointment.
This opportunity has arisen as a result of the existing FSCS multi-provider framework for legal services being due to expire on 15th January 2027 and FSCS’s ongoing requirement for a wide variety of legal services to assist it in delivery of its statutory function as primarily set out in Part XV Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
FSCS has divided its requirements for this service into the following two (2) lots:
Lot 1 Core Legal Services, further details of which are set out below . FSCS intends to appoint up to a maximum of five (5) Suppliers to Lot 1 Core Legal Services.
Lot 2 Employment Law and Ancillary Services, further details of which are set out below . FSCS intends to appoint one (1) Supplier to Lot 2 Employment Law and Ancillary Services.
Suppliers may bid for either or both Lots.
Whilst actual demand for the services (or any of them) cannot be guaranteed, the estimated value for the maximum term of the Framework Agreement (3+1) is as follows (in each case excluding VAT):
Lot 1: £20,000,000
Lot 2: £400,000
