description

The purpose of the study is to develop the evidence base and assess how value may be realised through adaptive reuse of historic buildings in England.

The study will examine the factors that support successful outcomes and delivery across different property types, market conditions and locations. The study will bring this information to life through analysis of a range of case studies.

The output will inform investment decisions, business cases and potential funding solutions that enable the successful adaptive reuse of historic buildings. It will help to raise awareness, improve understanding and build market confidence in the opportunity in adaptive reuse of historic buildings.
