description
To establish the third version of the current Medium Works Framework on behalf of The Education Alliance. This national Framework will cover Works projects between £0k and £15m in value, within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The Framework will aim to provide the public sector with a Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) compliant procurement vehicle that enables public authorities to be able to procure works from local, as well as national Contractors.
The scope of service for any appointed Contractor is to deliver on the below:

| • | Accessible and visible customer services, catering for all needs |
| • | Keeping customers constantly informed of service progress and being fully involved in service improvement. |

| • | To improve choice and flexibility around contractor and the methods of procurement. |
It is proposed that the term of this Framework will be for a period of 4 years from January 2027, with no option to extend.
