The Authority is seeking tenders for a major refurbishment of Langley Fire Station, built in 1963, comprising:
| a) | Refurbishment of Multi Use Room |
| b) | Erection of new stud partitioning walls to dormitories for form 5No individual bedrooms |
| c) | Refurbishment of new Kit Room |
| d) | Refurbishment/conversion of Male WC showers/bedroom area to create 4No individual WC & shower rooms |
| e) | Conversion of drying room to Non-Operational Laundry |
| f) | Conversion of BA store to Drying Room |
| g) | Refurbishment of new BA room |
| h) | Refurbishment of Operational Laundry |
| i) | Accessible front entrance |
| j) | Creation of lift space and installation |
| k) | Creation of storeroom |
| l) | Current office space to be refurbished |
| m) | Creation of large meeting space |
| n) | Creation of Open Office |
| o) | Creation of new accessible WC and shower area, with new drainage connections |
