***THIS NOTICE IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY***<br/><br/>NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (CW ICB) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Providers to attend a market engagement event for the provision of a Pre Front Door Integrated Urgent Care Service.<br/><br/>The Commissioner intends to hold an in person market engagement event on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 at 13:00-15:00, at the following venue:<br/>Shire Hall<br/>Market Place<br/>Warwick<br/>CV34 4RL<br/>Please note there is a limit of no more than 6 attendees per organisation.<br/><br/>On entering the building, please speak to Reception staff for directions to Old Shire Hall meeting room.<br/><br/>There are several car parks across Warwick within walking distance of Shire Hall that are available to use. Please note this is as of October 2025 and prices are subject to change.<br/><br/>West Rock Car Park – up to 10 hours £8<br/>St Nicholas Car Park – up to 10 hours £8<br/>Castle Lane Car Park – up to 10 hours £8<br/>Hampton Road Car Park – up to 24 hours £2<br/>Bread and Meat Close Car Park – maximum 4 hours £4<br/>New Street Car Park – maximum 4 hours £5.20 <br/><br/>Further details can be found HERE (https://www.warwickdc.gov.uk/directory/27/car_parks_in_warwick_district/category/362/categoryInfo/24) if required on the WCC car parks listed above.<br/><br/>A market engagement pack including the draft service specification has been made available for your review prior to attending this event. Please ensure you read and review the information and bring any associated questions or queries with you for discussion. The market engagement pack is available to download from within the documents area of the Atamis project.<br/><br/>30-minute 1:1 sessions for prospective Providers will also be available via MS Teams on the afternoons of 24th June 2026 and 25th June 2026. These sessions are to provide you with an opportunity to ask further questions to the ICB team in relation to the service specification and/or procurement process. Sessions will be scheduled on a first come first served basis. Please request a session when registering for the engagement event.<br/><br/>Interested parties must express an interest in attending the event and to book a 1:1 session by completing a short questionnaire which can be found on the Atamis Health Family portal (https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome) and search for project C452018.<br/><br/>Further details can be found within II.2.4.1<br/><br/>Please ensure you have registered your interest in attending the market engagement event by 17:00 Friday 19th June 2026.
