CBC-2032-T-SK - Installation and Maintenance of Doors and Door Entry Systems & maintenance of Assisted Living Equipment

Central Bedfordshire Council has awarded a contract for the provision of a fully managed programme for the installation, maintenance and repair of doors, door entry systems and assisted living equipment across its housing stock.

The Contractor will deliver planned and responsive maintenance services, ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The service includes installation works, inspections, servicing, repairs and associated maintenance activities to support the safety, security and accessibility of Council properties.
