SME small site accelerator programme

Specialist consultancy support to conduct economic analysis and produce a final economic report to inform the development of an SME Small Sites Accelerator (SSSA); a programme that seeks to address market challenges and work with SME developers to unlock housing delivery on stalled small sites across the WMCA area. The purpose of this workstream is to rigorously test the SSSA proposition for the programme to succeed. The service provider should approach this work with genuine intellectual openness and be prepared to surface findings that challenge as well as confirm the assumptions underlying the programme.
