Provision of Manual Handling & Basic Life Safety Training

The provision of Manual Handling & Basic Life Safety training to all University Placement Students, in accordance with NHS Guidelines.

This includes all induction training, annual, or bi-annual refresher training, for all University Students, due to attend a placement within an NHS or Social Care setting.

Training dates to be agreed with the successful supplier, with planned sessions occurring throughout the academic year.

All training is to be delivered on-site, and will involve practical sessions (including training on the use of manual handling aids, and basic life safety equipment).
