Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be carrying out preliminary market engagement with a view to conducting a tender exercise to establish a Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework for commercial properties only that are owned and managed by our public sector members.
This framework will support members by providing a route to procure internal, external and property grounds refurbishment and maintenance works for all public sector commercial properties located across England and Wales.
The information in this notice is provisional and subject to change based on our findings during the preliminary market engagement process.
