description
Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an experienced consultancy to produce a robust, evidence based Supported Housing Needs Assessment (SHNA) and to develop a Local Supported Housing Strategy (LSHS) for Birmingham.
Alongside the SHNA, the Public Health team at the Council are completing a Support Exempt Accommodation Health Needs Assessment (SEAHNA). The consultancy must work with the public health team to ensure both needs assessment complement one another and both inform the strategy
The contract will commence in July 2026 and will be in place for a period of 8 months.
