NGH - Maternity Bereavement Suite

Please note there are some changes to the works comprised in contract (Section A. 1.01) which states:

‘The scope of work comprises: The demolition of a redundant timber framed staff changing and storage block and the construction of a new prefabricated modular building complete with external footpaths, drainage and landscaping works to form a new Maternity Bereavement Suite all within Block 38 adjacent to Robert Watson Maternity Ward, Northampton General Hospital.

Prospective contractors will need to be made aware that the demolition of the building, foundation laying, drainage works and supply and install of the superstructure of the modular building units will have already taken place pre commencement of the tendered works. The works being tendered for will include:

The internal fit out of the open plan shell including internal walls, doors, ceilings & install of all mechanical & electrical systems as specified.

The external
