description
Liverpool City Council (LCC) and its partners seek an insight agency to support the development of a city-wide menopause programme.
Understanding of the symptoms of menopause, how to access support (treatment, hormone replacement therapy) are not equal between women in Liverpool. There is more that we wish to understand in order to ensure we reduce barriers to care and support, and we are looking to define clear facilitators to better menopause support in our neighbourhoods.
The overarching aims for this insight are:
Understand women's awareness, attitudes, behaviours, motivation and barriers towards the menopause, symptoms, self-care and treatment
Explore in depth influences, motives and attitudes around these critical points to increase the likelihood of women understanding what to expect, self-caring, seeking and accessing support around menopause
Concept Testing - test campaigns from other areas with regards brands, creative route and narrative
