Organisational Development Partner

CTMUHB has awarded an Organisational Development (OD) partner to support this agenda by creating the leadership and cultural conditions necessary for effective regional working. The partner will help strengthen the ability of teams across the partnership to operate within a complex adaptive system and further develop collaborative ways of working. Operating across three system levels, Boards, Executive Teams, and Wider Leadership Teams, the OD partner will support alignment, build trust, and embed collaborative behaviours that enable and sustain transformation.
