Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced lead organisation to deliver a multi‑year creative arts programme in Waterfoot.
The programme will support local artists and creative practitioners, build skills and capacity, increase visible creative activity within the town, and deliver capital projects that improve public spaces and creative infrastructure. The appointed organisation will work collaboratively with existing local arts organisations, venues and creative spaces, building on established activity and networks.
The contract includes both revenue‑funded skills and training activity and the delivery of capital projects such as public art, space activation and creative infrastructure improvements.
