This procurement is being concluded without competition due to an absence of competition for technical reasons, only a particular supplier can supply the goods, services or works required.

Brief Description of Requirement

Committee membership fees, additional preparatory work and travel expenses for STFC's UK ELT Instrumentation Oversight Committee (EIOC), MOONS Oversight Committee, and e-MERLIN Steering Committee as well as his participation in other ad hoc STFC reviews. These meetings will be several times a year.
