The procurement procedure being applied to the Contract is a "competitive flexible" procedure under section 20(2) of the Act. 2.1This opportunity is for a specialist software developer contractor to provide the key service of creating, supplying and installing the new Museum of Watford AVIT Software Production. Development of audio-visual software and production of film for museum AV hardware to allow:
Production and installation of immersive projection and soundscape showing the development of Watford through time.
Installation of existing films into touchscreen menu interface.
Production of 1no. film and install of up tp 10no. films showcasing the diversity of Watford
