Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to inform a potential future procurement for the development of audio-visual software to support museum exhibition displays.

The purpose of this engagement is to:

•Inform the development of the procurement strategy and specification
•Understand indicative delivery timescales and costs
•Ensure the council’s requirements are clear, proportionate and achievable
