Supply and install replacement roof on B Block *Strip and dispose of existing tiles, roofing batten and membrane
- Retile using Double Roman tiles
- Supply and install rooflights, dispose of existing skylights
- Replace Fascia, Soffit & gutters including downpipes
- Supply and erect scaffolding for access
- Supply and erect temporary heras fencing
- Provide weekly hire of site welfare facilities
- Site to be cleared of all waste generated by works Organise visits to site are encouraged to assess the scope of work:
30th March - 2nd April / 7th April - 10th April.
