description
A recruitment agency specialising in social care is required to source individuals to help deliver Children's Needs Assessments for ESCC as part of our statutory responsibilities.
The Council requires external Educational Psychologists (EPs) to help complete Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (psychological advice is required for every assessment). The Council has internal EPs, however they consistently do not have the capacity to meet the assessment demand.
EPs are experts in human development, learning, and behaviour, and help schools, families, and children overcome learning and emotional difficulties. They conduct psychological assessments and observations to identify a child's learning barriers, such as issues with confidence, anxiety, or dyslexia.
