TH 3622 - Retrofit Works 2026

Thrive Homes is seeking to appoint a Retrofit Works Contractor to deliver physical retrofit and energy efficiency improvement works to occupied residential properties. The appointment is for the delivery and installation of construction and building works only.

This procurement does not include retrofit consultancy services, i.e. retrofit assessment, retrofit design, retrofit coordination, all of which are commissioned separately by the Contracting Authority.

The Contractor will be required to deliver works in accordance with the provided specifications, drawings, schedules of works and retrofit design information, and to cooperate with the separately appointed retrofit professionals.
