Develop and implement IT Project Services framework to rationalise and modernise WWU's software, applications and infrastructure to enhance the customer experience and to enable WWU to:
| • | Engage the most suitable supplier for each IT project as simply and quickly as possible. |
| • | Identify project delivery process areas which can be optimised to reduce cost and time. |
| • | Remove/minimise technical debt. |
| • | Modernise and optimise existing services (software/apps, infrastructure and hardware). |
| • | Provide training and awareness programmes for staff. |
| • | Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. |
