Brief Description of Requirement

The facility intends to purchase a compact, high vacuum compatible, 3 axis motorized stage for aligning an optical mirror inside a vacuum chamber. This application requires high precision, excellent repeatability, a compact footprint, and closed loop control. Piezo based stages are the most suitable technology to meet these requirements.
