The Motiv8! Programme

This commission by Wirral Council's Public Health team, aims to provide a bespoke and specialised health, wellbeing and physical activity initiative aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of adults.

This commission will support the priorities and aspirations outlined in the Wirral Health and Wellbeing Strategy: Priority 2; strengthening health and care action to address differences in health outcomes. By providing opportunities for Wirral residents to be more active, this intervention will contribute to preventing health problems and offer support at an early stage, focusing on people and communities at greatest risk of poor health outcomes.
