Contract Award Notice for the tender for dispersed safe accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse and that fall into the below groups:
- i)male victims (single males and those with children)
- ii)victims who are working and are unable to afford the rents and service charge at the refuge
- iii)victims with pets
iiii) victims who cannot otherwise access the main refuge provision due to their gender, economic status, or family dynamic (having older male children, pets etc)
To ensure a safe place for all victims when additional safe accommodation with support is required.
The accommodation will be available to the groups identified above, self-contained, and geographically dispersed.
The contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the RFQ documents. Estimated contract spend is capped at £113,000 excluding VAT, across the 1 year contract term.
