Brief Description of Requirement

A manual lathe, identical to the three already in QuEST being used. QuEST is the Quantum Enabling Skills Training Centre which is an apprentice training collaboration with UKAEA. The machine is also identical to the other ~20 machines in the OAS operated by MTC training.
