Spires Lane Hobby Room - The creation of an accessible WC and changing room, kitchen/bakery area, with the works to provide extract ventilation, hot and cold water and the rewire of the building. The replacement of the front door and the installation of roller shutters to the windows.
St Michaels Mount Hobby Room - The replacement of the existing windows with double glazed timber/metal Byker Style windows and replacement of the existing external door with Byker Style timber door. The provision of a WC internally and sun pipes to the roof, plus electrical rewire and heating provision.
