Cato Secure Network Bandwidth Subscription

The Authority has awarded a contract to Insight Direct (UK) Ltd for the continued provision of the integrated Cato Secure Network Bandwidth Subscription.

This direct award was made under the HealthTrust Europe ICT Solutions 2023 Framework, which permits direct award to the top-ranked supplier under pre-established terms.

Rationale for Direct Award.

The incumbent solution Cato networks security is cloud-native, deeply embedded, and technically integrated into the Authority's infrastructure. Replacing the solution will have cost-of-change elements creating additional costs into the business, including lengthy implementation, dual running, testing, potential risks (outages) and configuration concerns (training).
