description
Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) will be inviting Soft market testing returns from organisations for the provision of Customer Image Capture.
The purpose of this service is to enable NCHA to quickly and easily gather photographs from customers of repairs being reported. With the image being easily linked to the created job number within our MRI repairs platform.
The photo must be accessible for our colleagues and be provided to our operative mobile devices in advance of a job being carried out.
Please request the documentation via the In-Tend portal, and submit your response by 5pm on the 10th of October 2025.
