Urgent placement required as client is a risk to self and others in their current environment. Placement has specific requirements such as ;
| • | Staff who are trained to work with adults with complex needs. |
| • | Staff able to implement PBS plan and work with a PBS plan. |
| • | Staff who are able to adapt to different types of communication tools. |
| • | Staff who able to implement a trauma informed care plan. |
| • | Staff who are able to work in a person-centred manner and can work with individuals with varying needs. |
| • | Provider able to support individuals with emotional dysregulation. |
| • | Staff to work to a specific communication plan to meet individual needs. |
| • | Staff who are able to communicate in an assertive manner whilst maintaining empathy |
