GP216 - Booking Lab calendar booking software - annual subscription

Last year the calendar booking software produced by Booking Lab was purchased to enable the digitisation of booking the Council's bulky waste collection service. The system is working very well and no issues have been encountered. We would like to continue to use the system and purchase three years of subscription to the software. An exemption is required because it would not be cost effective to move to a new system and therefore we would like to maintain the current Booking Lab system and purchase three years of subscription by extending the current contract.
