Building Compartmentation Surveys

The scope of works for this project are to conduct a mixture of visual / intrusive compartmentation inspection works and potential undertaking of remediation works.

These works will involve assessment of compartmentation levels within communal areas, plant / store rooms and individual flats where voids are available for access.

Intrusive access may be required where a visual inspection cannot determine the integrity of an element
