Selected tender based on an expired framework while in the process of renewing framework. The appointed contractor will be required to complete the following for the Technical Specification and Standard contract clauses / schedules:

Scope and propose the content of each tool.

Agree the content of each tool with WRAP.

Write and develop the content of each tool,

Undertake refinements to each tool following stakeholder engagement and testing; and

Design and produce the individual tool(s) in a draft substantive format. The required draft format has been suggested for each tool, enabling further WRAP edits and revisions, as required.
