BT1805 - Open Space, Sport and Recreation Study

The OSSR Study must provide the evidence required for the development of a new Luton Local Plan (that is found to be ‘sound’ following Submission and examination) and will feed into the supporting Infrastructure Development Plan (IDP).

The methodology used within the study must therefore, meet or be consistent with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). In addition, there will need to be a complementary approach to reviewing the relevant infrastructure provision within the current adopted Local Plan including supporting evidence base and implementation progress.
