description

The project will briefly consist of:

Strip out of associated mechanical and electrical installations.
Strip out of associated FFE.
New mechanical and electrical connections to the installed clean room.
Testing and commissioning.

The SEE Building is fully occupied by the University and is predominately used as teaching and lecture space. The works will be undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2016 Edition. The scheme will be carried out during normal working hours of Monday - Friday 07:30- 18:00. The works will be undertaken in a single phase across the summer months.
