Purchasing of a Learning Analytics software

SHU wishes to procure a system that helps the university use data to improve student engagement, retention, and achievement. The system should bring together data from multiple sources into a central Learning Data Hub and apply predictive models to identify students at risk of disengagement or underperformance. It must also integrate with SHU systems (Blackboard, SITS, Alma, WiFi, and planned integrations with Echo360 and Dynamics) and be delivered as an ongoing SaaS solution with support and maintenance for a period of two years.
