Supply of White Fleet Vehicles to British Forces Cyprus (BFC)

There is an enduring requirement within British Forces Cyprus and the Sovereign Base Area units to maintain the vehicle fleet to an appropriate standard in order to maintain outputs.

This tender event is for the purchase of various categories of vehicles which have been split into 8 Lots as follows:

Lot 1 - Truck Utility Crewcab 4 x 4 Open Back - £352,542.37

Lot 2 - Truck Utility Crewcab 4 x 4 Closed Back - £474,576.27

Lot 3 - Car Utility Medium Hatchback/SUV/Crossover - £440,677.97

Lot 4 - Car Utility Estate SUV/MPV 7 Seat - £127,118.64

Lot 5 - Car medium/large 4 x 2 - £203,389.83

Lot 6 - Car SUV Medium 4 x 4 - £160,169.49

Lot 7 - Minibus 17 Seat - £72,881.36

Lot 8 - Crew Van Dual Purposes 50/50 6 seat - £101,694.92

Potential bidders can submit a bid for one of the lots or a combination of lots. There is no restriction to the number of lots that can be bid for by one supplier.

The successful supplier will be required to provide a warranty for the vehicles that covers Cyprus.
