Consultancy agreement for ALM procurement support

The contract with QuantWisdom Labs LTD covers consulting services for the procurement of the ALM Model, running until 31 October 2025 with a total fee of £37,000 plus VAT. The services include the development of a market insight report outlining available options, incorporating input from vendors and reference sites. A summary report will assess these options against Border to Coast requirements and internal capabilities, including an evaluation of operating models. The next stage, running from late July to September 2025, will focus on ALM procurement-developing a questionnaire, scoring RFP responses, participating in interviews, and finalizing governance papers for the appointment of an ALM provider.
