Contract for MindSpring Psycho-Education Programme - Local Delivery Partner

Provision of services to deliver the MindSpring psycho-education programme to service users in Liverpool as part of the second pilot phase.

This is a below threshold direct award being made without competition following proportionate market engagement with Liverpool-based organisations. While some organisations expressed interest, they proposed using alternative psycho-education models and did not meet the specific requirement of this pilot.

The selected supplier was the only organisation to submit an application confirming their ability to deliver the required programme in full. Checks have been undertaken to confirm that the supplier is not subject to any exclusion grounds and does not appear on the Debarment List.
