description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs & Maintenance Services Department (RMS) will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project and intend to appoint a single contractor to carry out the works. RMS will provide all necessary welfare facilities.
This project consists of:
- Kitchen and Bathroom replacement
- Replacement of central heating systems
- Replacement of Fire Doors to individual flat entrances and flat stores
- Replastering to walls and ceilings
- Decoration
- Window Replacements
