Housing Management System Consultancy

This procurement resulted in the award of a contract to:

Work with the Sponsor and the Council's Procurement team to agree a compliant approach and timeline for procurement of a new housing management solution.

Using existing knowledge of the organisation and the Functional and Non Functional requirements already approved, draft a Procurement specification to align to the approach.

Draft the related evaluation criteria, an evaluation methodology and related templates ensuring that the highest areas of risk, and highest priority areas of focus receive adequate due diligence in the process.

Provide input throughout the procurement process as required, acting as an advisor to ensure the right questions are asked, and areas of risk are fully explored.

Plan for, and support the initial supplier kick off and the mobilisation of the implementation, including creating an outline delivery plan with the selected Supplier, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
