Request for Information: Permanent Recruitment Services

Purpose: National Gas Transmissions owns, manages, and operates the National Transmission System (NTS) in Great Britain, making gas available when and where it's needed. We operate from over 21 locations across the United Kingdom with a mix of offices, control centres and compressor stations. We typically recruit for employees across administrative/business services, engineering, technical (specialist) and operational roles. Please note that our roles can be location based. We also have a Major Programmes function covering People, Finance, Major Project Delivery, Delivery Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial and will expect to recruit for roles within this function as part of this initiative.

Following the full separation from National Grid, we are in a period of increased growth and expect a direct impact on our recruitment needs in the near future. We operate a regulated procurement function here at NGT and therefore expect to contract via a compliant solution. We would be seeking to maintain flexibility with regard to the solution to ensure its fit for purpose for NGT.
