Telford & Wrekin Council are looking to receive applications from Providers to join a multiprovider Framework to deliver specialist care services for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury needs, in suitable locations.

We want to work with established, experienced providers who deliver a curious, compassionate and solution focused approach central to delivering a person-centred service.

Community Led support (including that delivered by partners in the Voluntary and Community Sector)

Living Well forms the basis of all Lots.

The principles and ethos of Living Well apply whether someone has complex needs or lower-level needs. We want people to be part of the community in which they live.

This is not typically regulated provision and is provided to people with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Mental Health
  • Acquired Brain Injury

The value of the Framework will be shared across all Lots.
